In a recent interview with Massachusetts radio station WBUR, Atul Gawande describes the data resulting from the cultural shift in Advance Care Planning conversations between patients and their primary care providers. The data indicates there is progress discussing End-of-Life wishes, but that progress is not necessarily happening in the PCP office.
